Great lobster roll and really friendly service.
Lots of yummy lobster and not too heavy on the mayo.
    Bravo, MHLS.

We stalked these guys!  Authentic Maine Lobster Rolls In Colorado??  Wait, WHAT?!!  We tracked them down at Mighty River Brewing, and I could barely sleep the night before.

The Verdict?  I should have slept better.

They're okay. A solid 3.  Not worth a restless night, but it was probably the Best Maine Lobster Roll within several miles of my seat at our table.

Besides the lobster rolls, they warm up brats and dogs and they provide a few canned shoestring fries and a lonely little pickle as a side.

Sitting at a brewery, I'd have it again - but I won't seek them out.

For $15 dollars you'll receive a King's Hawaiian hot dog bun with a minuscule amount of flavorless soggy rubbery lobster.
THIS IS NOT A LOBSTER ROLL!
It's more akin to a cut slices flip flops in stale government bread. The service was terrible on top of being robbed of $15.

I don't get the hype. I want to like these so I have tried them a few times but really they're rubbery, bland, and served on a dadgum hotdog bun. When I saw them last at a festival they had run out of lemons and potato thingies and had the nerve to still charge me the full $15. What a rip.
